POWER VINYASA WITH HAYLEY
High energy, dynamic & fun!
You do not have to be uber-flexible or able to stand on your head to come to this class (although those things might be a side effect if you come for a while) the true benefit of power vinyasa is the release you feel after practising, a calm mind and energised body.
This vinyasa class kicks off with some dynamic flows to get you moving and breathing, then some poses to build strength and stamina from the inside out. The class is a full body workout which will leave you feeling stretched and toned from top to toes.
I found that Hayley’s approach to teaching yoga is centred on empowering the individual, I have found this to be beneficial to my practice. I would certainly recommend and hope to be on the mat with Hayley again soon!!
