VINYASA FLOW YOGA WITH HAYLEY
High energy, dynamic & fun!
You do not have to be uber-flexible or able to stand on your head to come to this class (although those things might be a side effect if you come for a while) the true benefit of yoga is the release you feel after practising, a calm mind and energised body.
The class kicks off with some sun salutations to get you moving and breathing, then some poses to build strength and stamina from the inside out. Finally we move into a slower more restorative style of yoga to finish with a beautiful relaxation to complete our practise.
The class is a full body workout which will leave you feeling stretched and toned from top to toes. Each week has a new focus and we continue that sequence all week so you can build on your practise over the week. From hips to ham-stings, back bends to forward folds- we cover it all!
I found that Hayley’s approach to teaching yoga is centred on empowering the individual, I have found this to be beneficial to my practice. I would certainly recommend and hope to be on the mat with Hayley again soon!!
