Mums & Tots Yoga
Want to do yoga but don’t have childcare or not ready to leave your baby?
Starting 2nd November join us every Monday at 10.45am. Practise yoga with your baby in a relaxed environment with like-minded parents. The course runs during term time, in half term blocks at £55. Little ones can join you on the mat, nap or sit and play!
The class is very similar to my usual Vinyasa Flow Classes but we also do some postnatal practices to help with;
strengthening pelvic floor,
relieving tense neck and shoulders from feeding,
gentle abdominal work to address ab-separation.
