Want to do yoga but don’t have childcare or not ready to leave your baby?

Practise yoga with your baby in a relaxed environment with like-minded parents. The course runs during term time, in half term blocks at £55. Little ones can join you on the mat, nap or sit and play!

The class is very similar to my usual Vinyasa Flow Classes but we also do some postnatal practices to help with;

  • strengthening pelvic floor,

  • relieving tense neck and shoulders from feeding,

  • gentle abdominal work to address ab-separation.

Mums need to be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have permission from their GP to take part in the class. Tots can start from 6 weeks up to 1 year (pre-walkers only).
